The Managing Director of the company Mrs. Raj Bala Mehandiratta, is a Science Graduate & Law Graduate and possesses Diploma in WTO, International Law and Business. She has expertise in getting to the root cause of the issues and grabbing the concepts and factual aspects of the issues. Her life long experience in various capacities of handling legal issues, dealing with different industries and business houses has given to her good variety of exposures. She has been representing her organizations before BIFR, AAIFR, State Level Forums of the Government and various other forums due to her expertise. She is science graduate from Punjab University, Law graduate from Law Faculty, Delhi University and PG diploma from International Law Society of India (Under ages of Supreme Court of India). Practiced as Advocate at High Court of Delhi for 10 years and handled various civil matters successfully. She joined Nationalized Bank as Manager Law and retired as Asstt. General Manager (Law & Recovery). She has to her credit various bold and timely actions before courts and DRTs bringing favorable orders from courts favoring the Banks. She too has to her credit various actions taken before Supreme Court and ultimately obtaining such orders from courts that effected the whole banking industry for all times to come. While handling big non- performing assets with the Banks and at courts, she acquired in-depth knowledge of circumstances under which good establishments slip in to nonperforming mode and their revival. While doing so, she has developed in -depth knowledge of functioning of the companies and their issues. Besides her duties as Managing Director, she would be looking after all legal matters, administrative matters.She is a part of important decisions in the company
